DesredaLab is a platform to hire, run payroll and manage talent for companies in Venezuela, Colombia and Argentina, with reports, taxes and chat between HR and employees. The project covered research (UX plan, persona, empathy map and user journey), the information architecture of the backoffice and the app, the screens of the web backoffice and the employee mobile app, and the landing page. The brand identity is in the Branding section. The project is still in development by DeepCompany's developers.
User types
Company (HR)
Manages employees, payroll, performance and company communication from the web backoffice.
Employee
Uses the mobile app to see announcements and their agenda, check their finances and contracts, and chat with their team.
What I designed
01
Research
A UX plan (problem, goals and solutions, questions), a persona (an HR manager from Caracas), their empathy map and their user journey from discovering the platform to setting it up.
02
Information architecture
Two product maps, one for the backoffice and one for the employee app, ordering sections and screens before designing them.
03
Backoffice for HR
A five-step company sign-up, a dashboard with pending items, employee status, payroll balance and calendar, employee management with filters and individual performance evaluation.
04
App for employees
A home with announcements and the day's tasks, agenda, finances with balance, payment history and contracts, one-to-one messages and account.
05
Landing page
A long page that opens with “Desenreda el problema laboral”, presents the services (payroll, reports, taxes and chat), the employee mobile app, the countries it operates in, the figures, the plans and the FAQs.
